Size guide
Shapewear sizing is not the same as dress sizing — it is based on your body measurements, not the size on the label of the dress you are wearing it under. Measure first, then read the chart for the style you want. Our three styles run on different size scales, so check the right table.

Find your size
Measurements describe your body, not the finished garment. Every piece is cut smaller than your measurements by design — that is where the compression comes from.

Before you order
How to measure
Take your measurements over bare skin or a thin, non-padded bra. Keep the tape snug and level all the way around — flat against the body, but never pulled tight enough to press in.
- 01
Bust
Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level across your back. Breathe out normally before you read the number.
- 02
Waist
Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually about an inch above your navel. Do not hold your stomach in — measure it relaxed, or the garment will be too small.
- 03
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly eight inches below your waist.
Between sizes
If you land between two sizes
Go up. A larger size in a compression garment still shapes; a smaller one rolls at the waist, bunches at the leg, and marks the skin. Every piece in the line is already cut well below your body measurements, so the size up is not a loose fit.
If your waist and hip land in different sizes — which is extremely common — take the larger of the two. The waistband and leg bands have far more give than the shaping panel does.
First time in shapewear, or wearing it for a long event? Take the larger size. First time in the Full-Body Contour Suit specifically, take the larger size regardless of experience: firm compression across a longer garment reads very differently from a brief.
How firm is firm
Compression levels, in plain terms
Every style in the line is rated one to three. The rating describes how much the garment holds, not how uncomfortable it is — all three are built to be worn for a full day.
Level 1
Smoothing
Light hold. Evens out texture and lines under thin fabric without changing your shape much. You stop noticing it within minutes.
In this range
- Everyday Shaping Panty
- Ice Silk Shaping Panty
Level 2
Sculpting
Medium hold. Flattens the lower stomach and defines the waist. Firm enough to change the line of a dress, soft enough for a normal working day.
In this range
- Sculpt High-Waist Brief
- Everyday Sculpt Bodysuit
- Lift & Smooth Bodysuit
- Smoothing Bike Short
- Postpartum Recovery Short
- Support Camisole
- Full-Length Slip Shaper
Level 3
Firm
Maximum hold. A noticeable, deliberate reshape across the stomach, waist, hips and thigh. Best for a fitted outfit or an event, and still breathable enough to sit through dinner.
In this range
- Full-Body Contour Suit
- Contour Bodysuit
- Firm Control Brief
Making it last
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Heat is what kills elastane — a tumble dryer will cost you compression faster than a year of wearing it. Wash after every two or three wears, and never wring the garment out.
